Noble W. Means graduated from Houston Baptist University in 1974 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Management. He also attended
a financial planning and control seminar for oil and gas company managers at Southern Methodist University in 1993. Following graduation, Mr. Means
worked as an accountant with Petty-Ray Geophysical, Inc. until 1976. From 1976 to 1978, Mr. Means held accounting positions with C & K Petroleum,
Inc. and Convest Energy Corp. In 1979, he joined the Company as Controller/Treasurer. Mr. Means responsibilities include managing the accounting department,
setting up financial reporting systems, working with auditors and supervising all accounting personnel.
